How many times have we had to see a crestfallen customer realize we are out of chocolate? Too many.
This season, we installed a second chocolate case in the gallery in hopes to keep up with the chocolate demand. The Chocolat Bar Chocolatiers work around the clock during their busy season in attempts to keep up, but each piece is made lovingly by hand and not mass-produced in a factory. They never store old stuff in a warehouse to prepare for the busy season. There is no warehouse. There is just a brick and mortar store on Bannock Street in Boise with a dedicated crew making it fresh and lovingly by hand. That's why it's so good. That's why it's art. That's why, unfortunately, sometimes we run out.
Fresh, gourmet chocolate is one of the best gifts to give and receive. It's the gift that no one will return and they'll hope for it year after year!
We would love to help you give chocolate gift-boxes this holiday season for your family or business. We will begin pre-orders the first week of November. Please order early so we will only see smiles this season!
Harvest Autumn Bark is back!
For some people, the return of the Pumpkin Spice Lattes is the sign that fall has arrived. For us, we know the season has arrived once we get our first shipment of The Chocolat Bar's Harvest Autumn Bark.
Our best description: Smooth white chocolate with fresh ground cinnamon, dried apricots, roasted walnuts, dried organic cherries and pistachios.
